Browse venues and acts with photos, menus, prices and a calendar of open dates. Search by name or city, filter by type, date and budget, or find venues on the map.
Agree
Send a request with your date, guest count and preferences. The venue or act replies with a concrete offer; where bargaining is allowed, you can counter until you agree. Everything stays in writing, and questions go to the chat next to your request.
Celebrate
Accept the offer, pay the advance by bank transfer and sign the contract your venue or act sends you. Then seat your guests at their tables, with your date, payments and reminders in one place.

Venues and acts with detailed profiles: photos, menus, rooms and their capacities, guest accommodation, acts’ demo recordings, ratings and price ranges. Filter by date and budget, and sort by price or rating.
Venues on the map
See wedding venues on a map of all of Croatia or just near you. A venue’s profile also shows where it is, and opens it in your maps app with one tap.
Open dates
Every profile has a calendar of free and booked dates, so you can check your date before you fall in love with a venue. If a venue has several rooms, you also see the days when only some of them are taken.
Transparent offers
Venues send written offers priced per guest and acts one fee for the performance, plus the advance percentage. Where bargaining is allowed, negotiate with counter-offers; once you agree, the price is fixed.
Chat and contract
Message the venue or act right next to your request. When they send you the contract, read it and sign it with your finger on your phone, or send a copy signed on paper as photos or a PDF.
Payments without surprises
Pay the advance and the remainder by bank transfer, upload proof of payment and the venue or act confirms it has arrived. Clear cancellation policies show up front how much you get back if you cancel.
Guest list and seating plan
Your venue sends you its table plan, and you add your guests or import them from Excel and seat them at tables or on exact seats. Plus-ones, children and notes for the kitchen stay with each guest.

Is I Do Planner really free for couples?
Yes, completely. Browsing, requests, offers, negotiation and the “My plan” tab cost couples nothing. We charge providers a small success fee only when a booking is confirmed.
How do providers pay?
There is no listing fee and no subscription. When a booking is confirmed, a small percentage of the agreed amount is invoiced in two parts: once you confirm the advance has arrived, and after the wedding has taken place. If a booking is cancelled, the fee on any advance you refund is credited back once you mark the refund as paid, so you only pay on what you keep.
How do offers and bargaining work?
A couple sends a request with their date, guest count and preferences. A venue replies with a price per guest and an act with one fee for the performance, plus the advance percentage. If bargaining is allowed, the two sides take turns countering until one accepts or the provider sends a final offer; otherwise the offer is final. Once an offer is accepted, the price is fixed.
How are payments handled?
Directly between the couple and the venue or act, by bank transfer, the way weddings in Croatia have always been paid. The couple uploads proof of payment in the app, the provider confirms the money has arrived, and the booking moves forward. The money never passes through the app.
How is a contract signed?
The venue or act sends the contract as a PDF to the booking’s chat. The couple reads it in the app and signs it with a finger, with their name and a confirmation that they agree, or signs it on paper and sends photos of the pages or a PDF. Both sides can download the signed copy.
How do the guest list and seating plan work?
The venue draws its room in the portal and sends the couple a table plan. In the app, the couple adds guests or imports them from Excel or CSV and seats them at tables or on exact seats. The venue sees the list in the portal, confirms the final guest count and downloads a PDF to print. Guest lists are deleted 30 days after the wedding.
What if we need to cancel?
It depends on the venue or act and what you agree with them. Each provider sets their own cancellation policy: up to how many days before the event you can cancel free of charge, and what percentage of the advance is refunded after that. The policy is shown on the profile before you book and becomes part of your agreement, so any refund is calculated exactly as agreed. If the venue or act cancels, you get the full advance back.
Who can write reviews?
Only couples who booked a venue or act and whose wedding with them has already taken place. One review per couple per provider: fair to providers, trustworthy for couples.
Which languages and devices are supported?
The app for couples is coming to Android, with Google sign-in, and to iPhone, with Apple sign-in. Providers work in the web portal. The platform is available in Croatian and English, just like this website.
